Because every organization is different, Application Support is a versatile service offering that gives you prepaid access to our Application Support Consultants. For designated hours each month, our Consultants partner with you to work as an extension of your in-house team, delivering the agreed-upon services within the agreed-up timeframe.

Quarterly Subscription Hours

Application Support requires a minimum of 30 hours per quarter (or 10 hours monthly). Your hours can roll over from month-to-month but expire at the end of each quarter. As part of this program, you will communicate regularly with your Application Support Consultant to determine how you would like to focus your hours.

Dedicated Expertise

You Application Support Consultant will serve as your primary point-of-contact. They are SmartSolve® experts and will develop a solid understanding ofin your precise environment, goals, and support needs. They can handle everything from report creation to SmartSolve form changes. And as your needs evolve, your Consultant will communicate your best options to achieve your goals.

Flexible Service Choices

While Application Support can entail many types of services, it does not replace technical support for system-related issues. When you subscribe to Application Support, you would continue to use your Standard or Premium Maintenance for technical issues. Our Application Support experts can serve as your administrator or be on call for your enhancement needs. You have the freedom to use your dedicated Application Support hours to best suit your organization’s needs.
